Scorcha's Journey 17

   It has been two months since the breach of the Dungeon Chamber. After talking and trying a couple of dates, Blade had to admit to Moonlight that he doesn't feel a connection with her. Moonlight agreed, and decided to have him try another mare; Page. During the remaining timespan, Page and Blade became nearly inseperatable. Blade sometimes refer to Page as "Penny" due to the saying "The Pen is mightier then the Sword".  Page refers to Blade as her "Knight in Silver Armour".

One day, Lord Spoon demanded that Moon, Page and Blade to go their new outpost, Las Pegasus. They were given a list in their unique code within the Equestrian language. From studying the code, as it is mandatory, Moonlight noticed that the list was a list of names of ponies in Las Pegasus whom wished to create a branch in that city. Most of the names she never heard of before, but one stood out. She remembered the name from the archieve of newspaper clippings that the school had collected. The mare in question, whom was on the very bottom of the list, with the words "Las Pegasus Branch Master" in the awaiting title column, was infamous for operating a Cult-like environment, among other crimes.

They, with four other lower-ranked members with guns paid for an entire train car for themselves for the trip to Las Pegasus. When they arrived, there were buildings all over the place. As they were walking, they saw a whole street of giant buildings known as Casinoes. The street is more commonly known as the "Belt".  They came across a coffeeshop, known as "Espresso Expresso". Page, Moon,and Blade walked in while the other four remained outside. They noticed a Melanie coat and a lavender-purple mane with a Teal-green stripe. Moonlight walked over to her and sat down across from her.

"What do you want?" the mare mumbled, angrily.

"Grandmaster sent us to talk to you, Ms. Glimmer."

The mare looked up at her, and smiled, "It's about time. I have my group waiting for us. Let's walk and talk."

They got up and left the coffeeshop. As they were walking, Ms. Glimmer, better known as Starlight Glimmer, continue chatting about how much her life became ruined because of the Royals, namely, by the Princess of Friendship herself. Moonlight mentioned that the Royals are the group's enemies because of Vamponies, Bat-Ponies, Lycans, and the works.

"Since you are a unicorn, what is your special magical skill?"

"That, Ms. Radience, is quite easy. I specializes in Equalization Magic." Starlight smiled.

" 'Equalization Magic'? I never heard of that kind of magic at all. Care to show me?"

She spotted a homeless pony and smiled, "Of course, Moonlight."

She led them into the alleyway. The moment the pony saw Starlight, he got up and begin to run.

"I'll pay you when I have the money, Ms. Glimmer!"

"You're three weeks behind." Starlight smiled then unleashed her magic.

When her magic had made contact with the escaping stallion, Moonlight noticed the victim was clearly in pain. A few moments later, the stallion's Mark, an Archery Mark, was violently removed and flew at Starlight, whom captured it inside a small Mason Jar. In place of the original Mark, two black bars, forming an equal sign appeared. His normal bright red color dimmed quite a bit to an earthy-red color. He struggled, slightly, to stand up. He looked at Starlight and lowered his head, in defeat.

"Please. Let me keep my Mark. It's what make me, me." the stallion sadly said, "I'll do anything to get it back."

"Anything I order you to do?"

He nodded, "Anything."

She smiled back, gleefully, "Excellient. Come with me."

The Equalized Stallion did what he was told. They walked through the slums of Las Pegasus. They soon arrived at a small, but simple house. Starlight led them to a hidden doorway behind a bookshelf filled with nick-nacks. The doorway was only wide enough for their shoulders with no room to turn around, so it could be hidden behind the bookshelf. The four lower ranked Hunters remained in the basement with the others walked into the hidden chamber.

The main chamber is a decent sized room with silver banners draping down from the twenty-foot tall ceiling. On the banners, besides the gold trimming is the charcoal-black equal sign.  Two hours later, the stallion, known as Bulls-Eye Arrow made a vow to serve both Starlight and the Organization.  Blade and Starlight begin making plans to make a connection tunnel to the closest Hunter Tunnel.

Meanwhile, at both Red Ridge High and St. Luna's Elite, their School Dances were going on. Despite wanting to help, Broken got suited up in a Crimson-Black suit for the Masqurie Ball at the Red Ridge. Scratch was wearing identical colored dress for St. Luna's Dance. Foggy, with a group of nine others were meeting up with one of the Shadow Guards. When they got there, they saw three Shadow Guards, with one of them looking different then the rest.

"I'm sorry I've been so busy, Shadowy. Milady been running me rugged with all of these confusing leads." said the stallion with a pilot helmet on.

The Stallion in unique armour, which also have a tank hooked up to the helmet, looked at the assembled ten students. He looked at each of them very closely, but took his time with Foggy.

"Stealthy, that's your niece. You don't have to be that strict with her."

"''Neice'?" Foggy blinked her eyes, "He's my uncle?"

"That's right. He's my big brother." Shadow Wing smiled, "He wears that gear in case he must do undercover missions, but because of our shared conditions, we couldn't afford of having him infiltrate the Hunters."

"That' understandable."

"Aren't you going to give your team the mission debriefing, 'Redavoda'?" Night Runner growled.

"I'm getting there, 'Runny-Nose'. Patience." a small chuckle could be heard, "Sheesh."

A loud and aggressive warning hiss came from Night's throat, but Stealth made no move of fear. Shadow sighed and shooked her head.

"You never change, Bruder."

"You know it." Stealth chuckles before coughs, "Anyway,  Milady has ordered us to stop a potential Hunter Branch. We are ordered to arrest all whom are there. We'll deal with the mess afterwards."

"But, what about Moonlight?"

"We'll arrest her as well, but keep her seperate."

"Okay, Uncle."

They climbed into a wagon which the horse-team began running as fast as they could go towards Las Pegasus. It took them a couple of hours to arrive. When they climbed out, they were in front of the same house that Moonlight was currently in. Moonlight noticed them and tied a silver bandana in the window, as a message to them. Then She walked to another window and tied another silver bandana. Upon seeing them, Stealth sighs and motioned the awaiting troops to move.

"Stay here. We're dealing with a big prize."

"Yes, Uncle."

Stealth quickly ran and tackle the door off of its hinges. After he did that, the other thirty Shadow Guards stormed the house, destroying everything to find the Hunters. Half of the Shadow Guards quickly ran up the stairs and bust into the room where Blade, Page and Moon were staying.

"GET DOWN!" one of the guards ordered.

Blade was about to attack, but was thrown onto the ground with Page and Moon following after. They were cuffed while gunfire could be heard. After some time, Stealth walked into the main room, where the Shadow Guards had brought the three ponies. It took ten Guards to escort Starlight, with a magic-cancelling device fastened to her horn. Starlight was struggliing like a caterpiller while looking like Hannabal Lector. Her unmotivated underlings had surrendered without much of a fight, if at all. Behind them were four bodybags, each containing one body each.

"Go get the recruits." Stealth monotoniously commands.

"Yes, Sir." one of the Guards saluted and flew off to retrieve Foggy.

The Guard gave Foggy and the other nine Shadow Guard Recruit uniforms. After they put on the uniforms, they marched in single file behind the Guard into the house. As soon as the last one had entered, they stopped, turned to their right and saluted.

"Have you recruits learned how Alpha-Oscar-Tango works?" Stealth asked the ten.

Wordlessly, Moonlight had signaled the other nine, outside of her sister to respond. Taking the hint, the nine followed Foggy's lead. They clicked their hooves together and bellowed.

"SIR, YES, SIR!"

"Hm? Moonlight learned Eye Language? Always a nice move to learn." Stealth thought, before saying, "Good."

Moonlight smiled, "How much further must the mighty have fallen, My Dear Sister, Foggy Sky."

Stealth looked at Foggy, "You know her, Recruit Sky?"

"Used to, Sir." Foggy glared at Moonlight, "She's my former Sister."

"Don't worry, Sister. You won't get to see year's end. That includes Mother and Father."

Foggy growled, took on her Lycan formed and grabbed her by the neck, "YOUR KIND WILL LOSE, CELESTIAN!"

Moonlight laughed like a Hyena, "We have power that not even the Royals could ever dream of having, 'Doggy'." then she spat in Foggy's eye.

Foggy released Moonlight's neck, and growled as she wiped her eyes. As soon as she could see again, Foggy saw Moonlight smiling. She knew Moonlight wanted her to punch her, so Foggy did just that. She closed her right claw and punches Moonlight in the jaw so hard, Moonlight was knocked out.

"MOON!" Page cried, before screaming at Foggy, "YOU WILL PAY FOR THAT, YOU MINDLESS BEAST!"

"TAKE THEM OUT OF HERE!" Stealth ordered the Guards whom saluted and move the two Hunters.

As soon as they were alone, Foggy began crying, "I'm so sorry, Moony. I didn't mean to hit that hard."

Stealth placed one hoof onto her back, "It's okay, Foggy. We'll take her to the Hospital for the night."

Two hours later, Moonlight woked up and sat up. To her right was Foggy, while nearby the door was Stealth and Ironfeathers. She felt her jaw feeling a bit painful.

"Ow."

Foggy looked up, "Moonlight?" she began to cry again, "I'm so sorry for everything."

"It's okay, Foggy. I wanted you to punch me, but-" Moonlight pushed her jaw back into place, "-I wasn't expecting you to punch me that hard. I'm no where near of having a Glass Jaw, but that one punch, and thankfully not a scratch, had knocked me out." then she smiled and hugged Foggy, "I'm glad that you are getting stronger in this whole mess." then she chuckled, "Strong enough to knock me out."

"I'm glad that you don't hate me for that."

"I'm the one should be sorry for spitting, Foggy."

"Don't be, Sis." Foggy hugged her, "You had to do what you had to do."

"What's going to happen to Page and Blade?"

"If they don't talk, then we'll have no choice, but to send them to Prison." Ironfeathers sighs.

"Let me have some time with them." Moonlight begged, "I want them to be free and happy, together."

"I'm sorry, Moonlight, but that's what Milady ordered."

"If I talk, then will you let them go?"

"We'll see, Moonlight of what Milady has to say."

Moonlight sighed, "Alright."

Moonlight told them everything that she had learned over her time as a Huntress. Stealth removed his helmet as he felt safe to do so., which surprised Foggy. After the thirty minutes of explaining, Stealth sighed.

"Looks like War is inevitable." then he put his helmet back on, "I'll let Milady know. You three head back to the school."

"Be careful, Uncle." Foggy sighed.

"Uncle?"

"His name is Stealth Wing, our Mother's Brother."

"I never knew."

Foggy sighed, "Neither did I. This was the first time I ever saw his face."

"Come on, you two. We need to head back to the School. Besides, your Mother is with a new student in the Testing Chamber."

"That has to be my friend, Angel Note. She had texted me right after Supper about transferring to our school."

"She's brave for being a Celestian." Ironfeathers nods, "And from the looks of it, she's a Pegasi."

"She is and she's very good singer." Moonlight smiled.

Moonlight slide out of the bed and followed Ironfeathers with Foggy back to the school. Then Moonlight and Foggy walked to the Entry Examanation Chamber, an American football sized room that is more of like a Cathedial then a classroom.  Moon knocked on the door.

"Come in." They heard Shadow saying.

Moonlight opened the door and they walked in. Shadow was sitting at the teacher Desk in the front with one other pony. A pink Pegasi from Red Ridge High School. They walked over to them, smiling.

"I'm back, Mother."

Shadow smiled, "Welcome back, Moonlight. Please show our Student-in-waiting to the Cafeteria."

"It'll be my pleasure, Mother."

Angel smiles and then waves at them, "H-hey!" then she got up and walked over to them.

"Hey, Celestian." Foggy smiles at Angel.

"Behave, Foggy." Moon nudges Foggy's side, but smiles as well, "Hungry, Angel?"

"Very much so. Will there be more students out?" Angel chuckles.

"If you mean in the Cafeteria, then yes." Moon nodded.

"I'm going to have to talk to Wildmane about what had occurred." Foggy sighed.

Moon nods, "Yeah. I'm going to have to talk to Scratch as well, if Broken haven't done it yet."

"Cool." Angel said, then she listened to the sisters' conversation, "What happened that you need to tell other ponies about?"

Foggy sighed after hearing the question, "Normal Celestians shouldn't know about it."

"But, Foggy. First of all, she knows about the school. Secondly, She's from our Sister school in Manehattan." Moonlight began.

"I know, but-"

"THIRDLY, by taking that test, she is basically a St. Luna's Student now." Moonlight finished above her baby sister's interruption.

Foggy sighed again, "Fine. Tell her about the upcoming War. Headmistress Runner will not like it."

Angel was shocked, "hey hey wait, war??"

Moon nods, "Yes. A secret war that been going on for years It's a way that been going on so long that it takes multiple generations o fight in it. It is a war with the Hunters, Celestians whom viewed other ponies like Foggy, as beasts whom must be elimated on sight. Then there's our side, the 'Monster' side of the coin. The Climax of this thousand-year war will commence real soon."

":....oh gosh....sounds dangerous....for me....er..." Angel said as they were walking.

"The moment you entered our school for the first time, you had entered that war." then they approached the giant sapphire-colored doors that shone like gemstones, "Here we are. The Cafeteria. The doors are big enough to allow a dragon into it."

Angel looks up at the dragon tall doors, a bit in awe, "so....being a normal pegasi .....means.... *she becomes silent as her wings shuffle while still being closed, and she looks at the door and pushes it, trying to open it* do i need to pull or push?"

Foggy flies over and slides the door, "Slide it."

"Oh. Okay." Angel's ears folded backwards before quietly walking into the Cafeteria.

Cast-Iron cinderlears hanged high with giant candles illumiated the entire room. The room is full and bustling with all the students sitting at their assigned tables. One table at the opposite end of the room, that is about a football field away from the ONLY entrance to the room. There are three sections to the front table where the food is made and placed.

Foggy walks besides Angel, "Welcome to our Cafeteria, Celestian. It's quite modest, don't you think?" with Moonlight walking behind them.

Angel's jaw dropped, imiating a Looney Toon trope, as she looks around, "Wow....they have everything here."

"Yep. Just make sure you grab the food that is proper for your own kind. So you won't be sick." Moon nodded.

"I think I can tell which food is for who... I think... Or I may need your help doing so..."

"The meat meals are for the Carnivorious teachers and students, like Foggy." Moon said, with Foggy nodding in agreement, "Tomato-based food is more for ponies like Mother and Father, Vamponies. The remaining section is for everypony else."

"ah, makes sense... So I take it that they're isnt very many average pegasi...or ponies?" Angel asked, while trying Ernest to not sound rude or anything of the sort.

"If you are talking about other Celestians? Then no. Only you and I are the only Celestians in this entire school." Moon smiled.

A Vampony with bat-like wings trotted over to them. He was wearing the colt version of the School uniform over his steel-colored coat. Wrapped around his neck was the bronze colored scarf of the Owl Dorm. His ruby eyes shined with trouble-making mischief, as usual, despite being older then them.

"Hey you two. Vater yelled at me, again for using frozen Nitrogen cubes in the mare bathroom frequent by the Timberwolves."

Foggy sighs, with a hint of growl, "Steely, whom was it this time?"

"Darken Silver." Steel smiled.

"You, IMBERCILE!" Foggy slaps him in the jaw, "Do you have ANY idea how much more work you just gave me!? Didn't Vater told you to not mess with the Wolves, or at least Darken Silver and the four leaders of the Timberwolf Dorm!?" then she took on her Lycan form and points one claw-nail in his face.

Steel's eyes focused directly at the tip of the claw, "He might've mentioned it."

"You Better remember it next time!" then she stormed off for her own Dorm Table.

Steel looks back at Foggy and sticks his tongue out, "Mares. I can't believe that I have to deal with her as my Step-Schwester."

"Try being blood related to her, Steely."

Angel was about to turn away to get some food for herself then hears a male voice and turns around to see the vampony stallion she looks up at him then back at moonlight, then back at him, "oh hello~!"

"Oh, Guten tag. I'm Steelfeather, the son of Ironfreather. Due to the ceremony last week, I'm now-"

Moon finished his sentence, "My step-brother."

"I could've finished my own sentence, thank you very much."

"You would've gave her a lecture about the universe before coming near of saying that." Moon sighed.

"I'm older then you so you should respect me more, Moony."

"You got six more months before graduation, Bruder, and you only became my Bruder last week."

Steel sighs "Details, details. details." then he looks at Angel, "What's your name, Miss-?"

Angel giggles at their little argument then looks up at him and smiles, "o-oh me? I'm Angel Note..." then she looks up at him then tilts her head and smiles adorably.

"That's a cute name, Ms. Note." then he walks to her side, "Want to sit with me and have Lunch?"

"Oh. Okay." Angel said, while smiling and blushing.

"Today's Lunch is Portobello Mushroom Burgers."

Her cheeks have a soft tint of pink as Angel looks back at Moonlight and smiles then looks back at him as he leads her over, "I've never actually had a 'Portobello Mushroom Burger'....sounds interesting~"

"It's very good. On occation I do pay the Lunchmares for a serving of normal food instead of Vampony food."

"so I suppose you choose normal food over vampony food then~? "

"Ja. When you become a vampony or a Lycan, you have to give up a few stuff."

"ah ok. Also just asking.... You said a ceremony happened which made you Moonys ... Brother? How....what was the ceremony?"

Steel looked at her, as if she was joking, "My father, Ironfeathers and the Vice-Headmistress Shadow Wing got married under the full moon. What you thought it was?"

"Y-Your father is Ironfeathers....I recall meeting him once, I just don't remember what he looks like . O-oh, I didn't think anything, I was just curious of how you became Moony's brother....and Foggy's too."

Steel sighed, "That's why I was called 'Steelfeathers' for." then he smiles, "Do you have any siblings?"

"Oh yea, heh heh~" she smiles for a moment then says,"oh yes, just one little sister..."

"How is she like?"

"Shes..... jumpy.... and intelligent when she needs to be... and open to any ideas... why do you ask?"

Steel sighed, "Just wondering. My family hangs out with other Lunaians. Rarely do I ever get a chance to meet other Celestians, and now I have one as a Step-Sister."

"I would've guessed that Lunanian fillies act just like Celestian fillies...wouldn't they?" Angel smiles then says softly, "and you met me too....I'm also what they call a 'Celestian'."

"To a certain extent, that is true, but Lunaians can't drink alcohol, ever." then he touches her left wing with his right bat wing, "I could tell since you don't have fangs, pointy ears nor bat-like wings. Sometimes, it is very easy to tell a Lunaian from a Celestian. Foggy for example."

"What happens if you drinks alcohol?" she blushes for a moment then looks up at him and says, "oh yea....I was betting that you already could tell im not a Lunaian..."

"If we drink alcohol, we lose control over our darker sides, and potential death might occur. Lunaians, like Foggy, tend to smell a wet dog for a month. Bat-Ponies tend to have a hidden fang in our jaw."

"Oh gosh......Oh....that makes much more sense of the smell when Foggy first became a Lycan Pony" thenshe scrunches her nose and snickers for a moment, "I just never pointed it out to her."

"Yeah. It's more easier to spot in those whom became a Lunaian when they were Born-Celestian. Later generations are able to hide those traits, except for alcohol. The adults could drink it, but it has to be highly deluded. To be fair, I'm surprised a Celestian like yourself want to join our school. I'm guessing Moony and Foggy told you of the War we're having. Am I right?"

"Oh yes, they have told me of the war happening.....right after I enrolled....smart mares...." She smiled nervously.

"Ja. Don't be too surprised if some accuse you of being a Huntress, but if Moony and Foggy trust you, then you will have me on your side as well." he points at the table, "Go grab your lunch and I'll be here at the Owl Dorm Table."

"ok, I'll go grab my lunch then~"

Angel walked over to the counter but looks for the sisters. Moonlight was sitting at her table, eating her own burger. Foggy was having some fish, with Darken Silver giving her a drilling, again. She grabbed her lunch, with an apple, and as she was walking by the Owls, she waved to Foggy. The she walks to the Bat Table, but doesn't sit down.

"Hi, there!"

Moon turned her head, "Hey. Come have a seat."

"Oh, alright.~" Angel sat down next to Moon and smiled, "you just disappeared a while ago aye?"

"Yeah. what about it?"

"Oh nothing, I was curious to why you just randomly that, that's all." Angel then takes a bite into her apple.

"If you must know, I was undercover, on Milady's orders. You don't disobey a Royal order." Moon sighs, "I done my job and now it is up to Milady to figure out the rest."

"Oooh.~ A royal duty...sounds interesting."

"Yeah. It wasn't easy since I had to convince my targets hat I was on heir side."

".....I'm not even going to ask who your target is but alright "

"Thanks. It's going take me awhile to get over it." Moon takes another bite of her burger, "How is it?"

"Taste different than i expected...i like it."

"Yep. Why did you want to transfer to St. Luna? I never did asked you that." Moon nods.

Foggy sighed, "I transferred because every time I think of red ridge, I think of all my friends that left or just randomly never returned. Also I just thought of all the ponies I liked, but then they all broke my heart.... so I came here, to sorta start over, ya know?"

Moon nodded, "I understand. As long as you try to not get scratched by Lycans, you should be fine." then Moon looks at the doors, and smilesm "Looks like Mother got your uniform."

"I will kick anypony who tries to-" the she looks at the door and sees Shadow, "oh look....you're right!"

Shadow Wing walked in with a Dark-colored school uniform. The uniform is for a Mare and it is a dark colored version of a Japanese Sailor Suit, with stockings and footwears. There is a black ribbon and a dark-colored Scarf similar to Moonlight's Dorm. The logo is the Coat-of-Arms of the School. The Coat-of-Arms is a simple shield with the Cresent Moon on it.

Shadow walked over to them, "Ms. Note?"

Angel stood up and smiled, "Yes, Miss Shadow?"

"It's Mrs. Feather, now." Shadow smiles, "Congradulation. You are a Bat Dorm Student." then she presents Angel the uniform with the Bat Scarf, "Welcome."

"thank you Mrs. Feather." Angel smirked before smiling.

Angel extends a single wing to gently grab the uniform and scarf with said wing.  Angel couldn't believe the softness of the attire as she broght it closer to herself.

"Anytime, Ms. Note. Better go get changed. Once you and Moony are done, she could fill in on some of the rules of the school. I got other business to attend to." Shadow nods before leaving.

Angel starts snickering as Shadow left the room, before turning towards Moon, holding the uniform up, "aye, look on the bright side. Maybe he'll be nicer to you now....I mean....you are now officially his step-daughter, shouldn't he be nice to you?"

"Don't count on it." Moon sighs, "Well, better do what Mother said, Angel."

"Well I do~ I'll prove it to you soon~ Oh, yea.....lets go put on my uniform and-" Angel holds up the uniform, "-thats a cute uniform actually...." then she thought for a moment, before asking, "is there any classes for me today?"

"Not really. Tomorrow, on the other hoof, you will have classes. Once you are dressed, I'll bring you to Ironfeathers' classroom."

"Erm, ok....lets go, so I can change into the uniform." Angel finished the meal and get up.

Moonlight snake-swallow the remaining amount of food before leaving along side her. After some time, Moonlight pointed to a Bathroom. After some time, Angel came out and Moonlight smoothed out Angel's uniform.





"Do try to keep the uniform as smooth as possible. Let's go to on a small tour."

"but you already gave me a tour last time I was here, what could you possibly show me now?"

Moonlight smiles slyly, "If I recalled correctly, you ran through the school, screaming your head off the last time. It also give me time to tell you some rules. First of all, as a Bat Dorm student, you are not allowed to be in Owl nor in the Timberwolf Dorms. Secondly, we could tell Ironfeathers about you being a student, as he's the head-teacher of the Bat Dorm."

Angel's face scrunched up and fold her ears back, like Liar Applejack, "We shall never speak of that again." then her face returned to normal, "so, no owl or Timberwolves dorm....I'm actually ok with that....and....how about we don't tell him~?"

"We must as it is the rules, and I am the Vice-President of the Dorm so I'm even more expected to let him know. If you think Vice-President of the Bat Dorm can just lay back and eat bags of gold-crusted chocolate cookies at fifty bits per cookie, then you are dreaming. we have a ton of work, and letting the Head-Teacher of our Dorm of new students, by bringing the Students to them, is one of many responsibilities we have.  Why it has to be Ironfeathers being the Head-Teacher of the Bat Dorm? In case you are wondering, once you get your Schedule, if why your Physical Education is two hours long, it is for Pre-Class and Post-Class showering and dressing. Our PE is nowhere near as normal as Red Ridge. Capture the Hill wasn't the easiest game." Moon sighed.

"Fine, let's go find Mr Ironfeathers..."

Moonlight led Angel to Ironfeather's office. Then she knocked on the door and it creaked open. The interior is as dark as ever. Moonlight sighed as she knew what that means.

"Typical. He is Dark Reading again."

Angel asked in a soft voice, "dark reading... You mean reading in the dark???? How can he...no I'm not even going to question it."

"He's a Vampony, and that is one of many skills we learn here." she pushes her in, "We're coming in, Sir!"

"Gimme a warning next time please!" Angel proclaimed after catching herself from falling.

As soon as they had walked inside the room, the door behind them slammed shut with a loud thud. Moonlight was unfazed, but Angel squeaks, jumped alittle and her ears folded backwards. Afterwards, Angel went completely silent, clearly afraid. In the complete darkness, sitting on the rafters, the vampony Equestrian-English Professor Ironfeather was looking down at them from reading "Macbeth", then he sighed.

"You know I hate being disrupted, Moonlight."

"Yeah, I know, but rules are rules. Angel Note is the new Bat Dorm student."

Then Iron siliently hovered above them before stealthfully landing to Angel's left side. He leaned towards her, and spoke in a hissing-kind of voice, "Is she really?"

Angel squeaked, once again, and jumped forward before spinning around to face him. Her voice was very soft and very shaky, "Y-yes I'm a new student.... Sir."

Iron placed a hoof onto a Phoenix statue's head and moved it forward. The moment that happened, the room's ninety-nine candles reignite instantly to the maximum they could go. Angel sighed as the room was illuminated enough for her to see everything.

"Charmed." Iron unemotionlessly stated, then he leans in to a mere quarter-inch from her muzzle, "I expect all students within my class to behave. I am as strict on all students of my dorm as the Wonderbolts Captain Spitfire is to her recruits. Do I make myself absolutely clear, Ms. Note?" then his stare became more like Professor Severious Snape's.

Moonlight simply mumbled, "Oh, colt."

"Yes, Sir. You made it perfectly clear!" Angel squeaked with her ears folded back.

"Good." Iron said in the same unemotional tone, before looking at Moonlight, "Does she know the rules?"

"I'm teaching them to her as we were coming here, Ironfeather."

"I expect all the homework that you had missed to be done by Month's end."

Moonlight sighed, "Two weeks of non-stop working in order to make up Three months of Schoolwork and Homework." then she looked away, "Yes, Sir."

Then he looked at Angel, "I expect from you, since you were from Red Ridge, to give me a full college-ruled journal, from cover to cover, of your time at that school, due by your first class tomorrow. Do I make myself clear?"

"y-yes sir- wait what?!" her voice squeaked as she nearly shrieked like an anime character.

Moonlight opened the door and motioned with her wing to leave, "I'll explained while we walk, Angel. Arguing with Ironfeather will cost you Detention, and at this school, it is a Nightmare." then she sighed, "You first."

Angel quickly rushes out of the room, sighing, but doesn't quite noticed her trajectory and bumps into a pony whom was walking by at the time. She fell backwards and onto her butt with a soft thud.

"Oof." Angel squeaked like a mouse.

"Whoa. Slow down, Angel. Where's the Hunter?" Steel smiles.

Moon slammed the door behind her and walked over to them, "She probably doesn't get it, Steely. She and I have a ton of work to do."

"Ah. Vater's legendary 'Breaking the Foals from the Adults' assignment. What was it this time?"

"Cover to cover journal of her time at Red Ridge."

"Ouch. That's Harsh. Being a Celestian doesn't help either." Steel smiled then placed his right hoof on the back of his head, "I remember him demanding that I deciper one stallion's entire amount of Quontrains and explain why I had interpret them in such manner, with perfect details and flawless grammar.. I failed to spell the stallion's name right by one letter, thus I got an F on it I wish you a ton of luck, Angel."

"Your dad's a jerk." Angel softly said, but only loud enough for the two ponies near her to hear. Then she placed a hoof onto Steel's chest, very gently before saying, "no offense... Also...yeesh, strict..."

"None taken, Angel." Steel smiles, "Some of the students even called him after a very strict teacher from a book series."

Moonlight noticed Angel touching Steel's chest, but remained silent. In her mind, she was quite surprised by Angel's behaviour during this whole scene.

Angel tilted her head, "oh, which book series?"

"The Potter book series. It's about a young unicorn colt having to fight great evil."

Moon sighed as she chimed in, "I may not read that book too much, but I agree with that comparision."

"oh, I know that book series and- they compare him to snape don't they?"

"Ja. Exactly." both Moonlight and Steel said at the EXACT same time.

"Jinx!" Moon giggled while pointing at him.

Steel tapped his hoof on the floor, producing a clicked noise, "Dang it. I could never beat you with that."

"Yeah and that's three dares you now owe me. You can use up of them right now. Answer me this: What happened with the mare I paired you up with before I had gone undercover?"

"She-" he sighs, "-dumped me for Ink Well." then he mumbles, "Bucking Filly-Fool-"

Moon's smile quickly went into a growl-like face. The next moment, she attacked him with a single punch to the jaw, knocking him out cold.

"TALK BAD ABOUT MY FRIENDS AGAIN AND I'LL SLEEP-HOLD YOU WITH A NECK BREAK!" Moonlight growling-yelling in Steel's unconcious face at about an inch away.

Angel steps back for a moment and stands there dumbstruck, "Wha?"

Moon sighed, "Sorry about that, Angel. He was talking bad about a friend of mine whom the Owl Dorm." then she rubs her hoof, with a bit of painful look on her face, "Ow. Even after non-stop training, even when I was undercover, it still hurt punching a Vampony in the jaw. So? You and Digi truly done?"

"Erm yea, there's nothing between us now... I just don't want to talk about him... Again... Probably ever." Angel folds her ears back as her wings dropped to the floor.

"I understand.  I still wonder what's wrong with him. He already went through a dozen mares before he asked me for help. I hate to admit this, but he's my first failure."

"so you NEVER failed in match making... Until now... I don't believe you." Angel teases her as she snickers.

Moonlight took out a notebook, opened it and held it in her right front hoof, similar to Gary Oak. The pages shown is of all the pairings she managed to accomplished.  Some were on their first dates, most were on their seconds. There were also third, fourth, even a ninth date mixed in the list.  Five of the pairings were even had the rare "Wedding Date" section filled in. Most had paided her three-hundred Bits, while some paid five-hundred. While the five Wedding Date pairings had paid close to a hundred-thousand, combined. Only one section was crossed out: Steel's pairing, after Steel paiding a thousand Bits.

"As you can see, most are on their second dates."

"Jerez you must be earning a lot of bits Moony... I can't believe ponies pay you to do this."

"Well, most here have the bits to spend. If we need to track down some-pony, we pay the Timberwolves. If we need help with our homework, we pay the Owls. To get speical tea or special favors, like finding their future lover or other help with the teachers, we Bats are paid to step in. Also, we are in Canterlot. Three hundred Bits is pocket change to them." then she closes her book and put it back into her pocket, "While we have plenty of Musicians, we don't have a Match Maker before I joined. If they are not already Arranged, Canterlotians tend to rely on Match Makers then actually doing the love hunt themselves. There is even a mare whom gets paid a million to pair up ponies. In Canterlot, I mean."

"I guess it makes sense... Sorta." then Angel looks down at Steel, "will he be alright?"

"He'll be fine." Moon smiled then elbows him in the gut.

Steel's eyes popped opened and he flintched. After about a minute, he stood up rubbing his stomach.

"Ow. That was one heck of a punch, Moony."

"I had plenty of training. Now if you excuse us, Angel and I have to visit the store so she can start her assignment."

"but I don't have to go to the store.......I believe I have another nook....maybe......I really do need to start my assignment and I might need some help on it."

"Okay. Let's head back to the Dorm then."

Angel smiled at Steel, whom stood up, nodded and headed towards the Nurse's Office. As Moonlight and Angelwere walking back to their Dormatory, Moon looked at Angel.

"Do you like my Step-Brother?"

Angel flitches as she turned to her left side, while looking at her right, directly at Moonlight. She was clearly surprised by the sudden question.

"o-o-o-of course not! W-why would you think that???"

"You're the thirteenth to stroke his chest like that. The previous twelve were his former mare-friends. I have no qualms of you wanting to date him, but i want to know what about him you like."

"Heh-heh...didn't need to know that. I s-swear I don't l-....." Angel started before going silent.

"You can tell me, Angel. I don't bite. In more ways then one, thankfully."

"F-fine....I'll tell you...tomorrow...."

"Deal." Moon nodded.

"Where is the bats dorms again?"

"Down quite a way. It shouldn't be too hard. There's a giant bat painted on the door. In case you had forgotten from your lap around the school." Moon smiled and chuckled a bit.

"heh-heh....that was the most exercise i ever willingly had... nah I'm just kidding, but this school is pretty big."

"Yeah. Just to let you know, the PE coach is a good pony, but if you are not prepared, you will not do well. I thin tomorrow is Capture the Hill day. It is always fun, but very challenging."

"Capture the...hill? oh... who is the PE teacher?" Angel asked.

"Mr. Swift Speed. He's a Bat-Pony and Pegasi. Tomorrow, you may not have a good time in Gym. We use paintball guns without protection, outside of goggles. The goggles are normal goggles, not night-vision. It is in a specail made room with absoulte no light and the Hill is in the center of the room. It is Stallions versus Mares and we have to navigte through a very challenging labryanth with traps."

"Oh gosh. Sounds dangerous, but interesting as well." She turns to smile at Moonlight, but bumps the side of her head into the door that leads to the bat dorm, "Oof!"

Moon looked at Angel with a unamused-Kakashi face, "The hallway is quite lit up, Angel. There's no need to faceplant the door." walks over and opens it by pushing, "Dazed Newcomers first."

After many months, to about half a year, of ups and downs for the students of St. Luna's Elite Night High School, the big day had arrived. The big day is the wedding of Moonlight Radience and her coltfriend Broken Record.  They decided to hold their wedding on Nightmare Night so that everypony can be "in costume" and at the one of the churches operated by a fellow Lunaian. While everyone is in the main
room, waiting, Moonlight is in the small room, trying to calm down.

"Hey, Moony!"

Moonlight jumped and looked over. The one whom called out her name was her sister, Foggy. With her is Angel and Scratch, her two future sisters-in-law.

"Y-Y-Yeah, girls?"

"Are you alright? You look pale." Angel asked.

"It's probably the make-up. Those things do tend to make ponies look paler then normal." Foggy smiles, "At least it doesn't make her sparkle like a Vampony." then she giggles.

Scratch rolls her eyes, "Lame Vampony joke aside. Are you feeling alright?"

"I-I'm just...."

"Breath. Relax. It'll be alright." Angel smiles, "Besides, this is your big day. It'll only come around once in a lifetime."

"Well, actually...." Foggy beginning to say, but Scratch glared at her, "....um..........nevermind."

Moonlight smiled at them, "Thank you for everything."

Soon, they were in their positions and a DJ remix of the "Here comes the Bride" mixed with the "Funerial March" made the song unique as Moonlight walked down the aisile. Angel felt happy for Moonlight, but a bit destrubed by the song. The Piestess smiled at the crowd once Moonlight had arrived onto the platform.



"Welcome. We are gathered here tonight under Luna's great Moon to help two of her 'children'  to form a union." the Priestess smiles, then she looks at Moonlight, "Do you take Broken to be your lovely wedded husband? To love and Cherish? In sickness and in Health? Till Death take you apart?"

Moonlight smiles gently at Broken, "I do."

"Do you take Moonlight to be your lovely wedded wife? To love and Cherish? In sickness and in Health? Till Death take you apart?"

Broken smiled back at Moonlight, "I do."

"Then, by the power invested to me, by our great Moon Goddess, I now pronounce you as Husband and Wife!" then the Priestess smiled, "You may now kiss the bride."

Broken smiled and kisses her on the lips. Moonlight blushes and her wings went pomf as they kissed.  After what felt like an eternatity, they walked back down the aisle. Then, at the reception party, which was being held at the school, everyone was enjoying themselves. They were given plenty of high-priced goldenware, crystaline dishes, and other stuff. Foggy even gave them a Baby Book, which caused Moonlight to blush a deep scarlet. Before the sun rises, they walked into their home, now as a married couple.
