RWBY Menagerie AU

I've decided to reboot my RWBY fanfiction that have NO connection to the Canon events. In this AU, RWBY girls never met, outside of Ruby and Yang as they are Family. Summer is alive and married to the one a lot of people shipped her with. Sierra Khan is alive and in Charge of the White Fang. Blake never left Menagerie, but stood and help rule it. Also, yes, that mean she never met Sun in Vale. She and Adam aren't a couple and never were in the first place in this AU. If you saw all episodes up to this point, you have a very good idea of who remains. Some of my earlier Fanfic's call-outs WILL return in a few different chapters. If you were wondering why I picked Menagerie as my RWBY Nation of Choice, I fell in love with it the moment it was mentioned in Volume 1 by Doctor Bartholomew Oobleck (I got some good memory without Internet at this point in time of typing this ahead of time) during History Class. Menagerian History will be a bit different in this Universe in comparision to the Canon sources.  Each nation is of a different culture, but all could speak Common for international jobs. However, speaking-reading-writing Common isn't MANDATORY outside of Menagerie, since Menagerie demands that everyone learn Common while serving in the RAS.

Vale= Canadian French
Atlas=Russia
Mantle=Ukraine
Vacuo= Turkey/Arabic
Minstrel= China/Japan/Korea

While reading, you can probably can guess correctly about some things about a character or their homeland by how I mentioned them all. Now then, not all the characters on the Teams are my characters to begin with. Blake Belladonna is obviously from RoosterTeeth. However, I was referring to my friends' fanmade characters. Many, if not all, of them I grew to like or love as if they were my own. However, unless I am told DIRECTLY by the person themself, I will NOT use them and replace them. All characters, the ones I am permitted to continue to use, if not outright own entirely myself, must go through the Biography overhaul. I have Team CRCS' four Overhaul Biographies as examples. Also, Violet was created BEFORE the Yang Disarmament episode, FYI.

Ch1biKuro Umi. Am I allow to keep using her or do you wish to give her to me?
Silverduke1 Ayame. Am I allow to keep using it or do you wish to hand it over to me?
dragonyt Violet. Am I allow to keep using her or (Same question as the others)?
mrhardy12 Kohaku, Olivia. I decided to check up on your Gallery and Journals and you hasn't posted anything to DA since DECEMBER 29TH 2016. So, the asking to Own the Characters is definally towards you. Am I allow to use them or Keep them as my own? Out of everyone on the list, you are the one I want to hear from by the end of June.  If you tell me that you are done with DA, even if in a Private note, then please let me keep them.
To all four people in question..........If I do keep them, I might make tweaks here and there if needed.
